JUICE + TEA

I've been doing a lot of juicing. It enters the human blood stream very quickly. I'm not going to lie but I've invested a lot of time and money (credit to my parents & boyfriend haha) for juicing. All vegetables and fruits that I juice are organic as well. I try to juice antioxidants vegetables or fruits to help prevent or stop cell damage.

My usual juice contains:

carrot, celery, apples, lemon, orange, dandelion leaves, kale, oregano and wheat grass. It's not for everyone but it does the job! It has everything I need. 

Sometimes when I get too lazy, I buy from Cru Juice.They have many ingredients that are good for me and they taste a lot better than my juice. haha

I drink a lot of water everyday so that I can flush out most chemo drugs out of my system. I discipline myself by buying a 2L jar so that I can track it and I know that by the end of the day, I need to finish it. 

As for tea, I drink soursop, dandelion and turmeric tea. These are known to kill/shrink cancer cells so I try my best to drink as much as I can. 

There's also another juice that I drink everyday from the Philippines; it's called Buah Merah. It contains red fruit, barley, mangosteen, moringa, wheat grass and soursop. All ingredients are antioxidants. 

Trust me, these are a lot to drink in a day but I have to do what I need to do.
